Lovely location and views. Positive: The location was lovely Negative: Noisy water in pipes noise like a sound of rushing water every 1/2 hr in the main bedroom. Obviously some water problem in bathroom/s somewhere because it happened even when water was not being used in the night by anyone at all and not even flushing toilet. Very strange but caused sleepless nights as so noisy. No refund offered by owner when they were made aware how bad it was. Also on arrival I had to chase up about getting more towels as ones left were very damp. Had to ring owner because they all were so damp that I thought they might not even be clean. So more were delivered but not even enough for all the guests. So had to dry one of the damp towels before it could be used as couldn’t be bothered calling up again. For the amount per night was disappointing.

Positive: Excellent location, quiet but conveniently located to visit Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and Goolwa. Easy 45minute drive to the SeaLink ferry port to visit Kangaroo Island. Very responsive host before and during our stay.
